Masive stonework – Horni Hyncina by Svitavy

Opoka from Benatky by Liomyšl quarry and opoka from demolition of the original stone wall.

Reconstruction of a German farm house in the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. Enclosure of the east part of the yard by one-side perspective decked base wall (cca 0.8 m high) with built-in columns (proportions are 2.25 x 0.9 x 0.6 m) with wooden filling between them. Two big attached socles (3.8 x 1.8 x 0.6m) for supporting truss of the barn and paved threshold. Stone walls, all sides perspective, are made on the narrow mortar joint with many corners and edges. The outer column and socle are banded to the original opoka wall of the barn, and in the upper part, there are stones banded with bricks. Complete reconstruction of the damaged corners and cca 0.5m height of the wall top of the nearly 30m long farm building.
